Home Depot hosts free workshops for kids on the first Saturday of every month, where children between the ages of 5 and 12 can create their own crafts. However, kids of all ages are welcome to join the fun!
On April 1st, they will host a Free Poolside Birdhouse Workshop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. To register, simply go here, click on “In-Store Kids Workshops,” and fill out the registration form. But hurry – spots are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss out on this exciting chance for your kids to get creative and have fun, sign up for Free Poolside Birdhouse Workshop here!
Please note that all kids must be accompanied by a parent and not all local stores may offer this workshop. It’s always a good idea to call your local store in advance to confirm availability.
It’s all free. The kits, Home Depot Apron and the paint. You will likely have to share the hammer and screwdrivers though. Each kit comes with a little pin as a souvenir as well. It was a very cute project that we did on a rainy afternoon.
Looks so fun! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this event, mama!
Thanks! Registered 🙂
You’re so welcome!
Are these really free, or do you have to pay for materials?
Hi Gia! The kits are also free. If you cannot make it to in-store event you can order your kit online or pick it up at store every first Saturday of the month. Hope this helps!
Thanks! I saw the kits were listed for $5 online, so I thought in store might be as well.
They are really free
