Does anyone know or have the same problem as I do? I filled everything in including my zipcode but the drop down box for city, mine not there. it appears to be alphabetical and it stopped in the G’s and mine starts with an “H” and this is the second sample from Loreal I’ve tried to get today and the first one had the identical issue so I could not complete the form or submit it obviously. Feedback would be very much appreciated!

About how long does it take to ship?
Hi Katie, free samples can take a few weeks to ship. In my experience it can take anywhere from a couple weeks to 8 weeks. Just depends how high in demand the sample is. Hope this explains it!
