McDonald’s is treating America’s educators to breakfast! Through October 15th, teachers, school staff, and administrators can get a free “Thank You Meal” at participating restaurants nationwide. To get the free meal, educators just need to show a valid work ID at restaurant drive-thrus or at the counter. There’s a limit of one per person during breakfast hours, which can vary by location.
The meal features an entrée (Egg McMuffin, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit or Sausage Biscuit), hash browns, and a medium hot or iced coffee or soft drink. It will come in a Happy Meal box that includes a thank you note instead of a toy. Enjoy!
I want
Thank you
You’re most welcome!
Gm! Yes, it’s super easy! Just ask for the educator meal and they will ask what you want from the choices, and what drink you want! Then you’ll proceed to check out and show your badge. I don’t even think it matters if you’re an actual teacher or employee for the schools. As long as you have your badge.
So glad you got your meal! Thank you for sharing your experience!
muy bueno para levantar el cuerpo en la mañana
When will they have another promo for Essential workers(BCBS)
Thank you for sharing. I wasn’t aware of this. Im either gonna have to look for my badge or go get a new one.
You’re most welcome Tanya!
I was told that it is from 6am to 8am.
Hey there! The official news from McDonald’s doesn’t mention hours at all, as you can see from the link provided in this post. Not all restaurants are participating in the same way though. Hope that explains it.
If you are a teacher in s music school does this work or just public school teachers?
Hey Chloe! I’m not sure if they are honoring the deal for all teachers. I suggest you contact your local McDonald’s to ask them. Hope that works!
Awesome! I will go by for mine. Thank you! ☺️
Yayyy! You’re so welcome!
What about retired teachers?
Hey Victoria! I’m not sure about that, but I believe you won’t be able to get the freebie without a valid work ID. You can always ask at the McDonald’s customer support. Hope that helps!
