So, this give away was a joke! First of all, I was blocked once I put my information saying something like hackers?! Then my account was charged for $32 even though it says free bottle. Yes, I was able to get a free Owala bottle however, I was charge full price. I tried to cancel immediately but of course it’s saying error. I emailed them to cancel my order immediately and received a response saying It’s going to take a 72 hours for a response. So far I’m not impressed! I hope they’re able to refund me!
I got mine. at no point they asked for credit card information. how were them able to charge you?
This was a total scam. Was there at the start of the giveaway and every time I clicked on a gift box, it said I already got a bottle. There was no pop-up to get one. It’s an absolute waste of time. Disappointed in owala.
