What does the form look like? It takes me to the prada site, but I don’t see any form. What does the form entail?
Oh, once you’re at the Prada site, just scroll down a little bit and you should be able to see the “Order Free Sample!” form. It will ask for your basic details such as First Name, Last Name, Address, etc. Make sure you tick the terms and conditions box, click the “Order Free Sample”. Lemme know if it works this time okay?
