Hi Nicole, this is valid for anyone 16 years or older. It states one account per person. I’m not seeing anything about one per address. So as long as you aren’t making multiple accounts for one individual you should be fine. Hope this helps!

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience but please note that offers can vary by account. I see many here in the FSF Community were able to score their free sample boxes. I would suggest to give it a bit more time and check back again whenever you can since your account to them is still new. Hope you get yours!
