if the email you use was previously linked to a sams club membership than you will not be considered a “new customer”. You have to use a new email. And they explained it’s a online offer only , they don’t give a $45 gift card in person they only offer e-gift card through the email given.

You should contact to the customer service. There is an option to chat on their website. When I got my card, I didn’t get my gift card too. So I contacted them using their online chat system. They told me that it takes about 6 weeks to process and I will get an email with $45 gift certificate.

Hi everyone can someone please tell is Sam’s club and Costco pretty much the same? I have costco already. just wondering before I decide. someone help me decide lol.
Not really, but sort of?. Sam’s Club is owned or a part of Walmart, so you’ll see many of their brands under the Member’s Mark brand. Costco isn’t affiliated with another store. They do have their own brand though as you know, Kirkland brand, which in most cases is not only a great deal, but also manufactured by other major high quality companies. Their toilet paper is a phenomenal deal & soft. Beats any coupon deal anywhere else 99% of the time. Both Sam’s & Costco carry national brands as well as their own brand, and have numerous departments throughout their stores. They both offer deals on gasoline too.
Though I haven’t been in a Sam’s in a while, because I, like you, have been a loyal Costco shopper for years. I’m sure there are things you can get at Sam’s that you can’t at Costco & vice versa, but probably not enough to make it worthwhile, unless Sam’s is more convenient to your home or office. Costco had 559 stores vs. Sam’s 599 across the U.S. as of the end of 2020. It’s also a personal preference I think. If you’re a regular Walmart shopper, then you may prefer Sam’s Club? Many people do have memberships to both 🤷🏼♀️? This is a very tempting offer, it’s effectively free…..you’ve got nothing to lose.
