I placed my order I received the confirmation but the next day I received the cancellation of my order because they were out of stock. I hope you receive them
I just got 12 emails cancelling all the shoes I ordered. Soo incredibly disappointed in that company- I spent over an hour that morning ordering shoes for my family, only for them to cancel every single order đŁ

That is understandable if the customer cancels an order. When the customer wants the order and the supplier refuses to fulfill it, that is unacceptable. I am filing fraud reports with PayPal and Mastercard since they refuse to respond to emails.
They eventually responded to emails and returned all the shipping charges.
same here!! then I was reading on..and they charge a $5 fee for cancelations !! so we might never see our $ I sent corporate offices a very juicy email as well as a voice mail. and shared their disloyalty towards their customers on all of my social media platforms so that all of my o er 11k followers could see how dishonest they are!!
Cancelled all my orders due to their glitch and gave me 10% off my first order with free shipping. But no thanks. And Iâm still not reimbursed my funds and that was after yesterdaysâs confirmation email came at 7 am. Received tonight it was cancelled. Iâll stick with brooks that honors customerâs
Yes I as well got a confirmation that my orders went through, then last night I got an email stating that “because there was a glitch in their system, that added an extra item to my order, they had to cancel it” And gave me a code for free shipping on my next order. This company definitely doesn’t honor their customers.
