Hi Hannah! I did not find any info about that. I’d suggest asking at your local store on November 18th as they’d probably have limit per purchase so everyone can get theirs as well.

Iâm surprised that this was announced since we were told not to say when we would be giving the cups away as Starbucks wants to insure that every store has plenty of cups.
