I had a free movie ticket to go. See the shift today at 5 o’clock at the cinemark. In Webster, Texas something came up and I had to cancel. I did go online and cancel it now. I’m trying to get a new ticket for Sunday. At the same theater and it keeps telling me. I’ve already got a ticket. Check my email. I thought I read somewhere if you had to cancel and as long as you did it ahead of time. You could get another free ticket. Basically, you’re rescheduling it, it’s not allowing me to do this. Can you help me?

Well, unfortunately, I got no help from them. They tell me a ticket has been sent to me, check my email well. Yes, but that’s the one that I canceled 3 hours before the movie. Like they said, I could. So now that I’m trying to get a free ticket. I guess that’s it? They’re not gonna help me anymore. I really wanted to see this movie. I left my email and my phone number. Oh well I guess that’s just the way it is
