- Fill out the FREE Welcome Baby Box form (you will need to put the link to the baby registry you created in the first box of the form)
- Submit the form
- Allow a couple of weeks for the FREE Welcome Baby Box to arrive in your mailbox

Does Walmart baby registry offer a discount on the items in your registry?
Hi! Not sure if I got you correctly. Are you referring to coupons? We didn’t receive it in our box but the samples in each box vary. Hope this answers your question.
No I mean do you get a 15 percent off in the registry like Amazon.
I just checked and I didn’t find any info on that. People do got some coupons though, but no Walmart discount.
