Sprint users, how did u do it? I can’t with my Sprint log in
Try to put in your phone number as the user ID when the T-Mobile login pops up and press forgot password, it should recognize that you are a sprint user and send you off to a new page which would be the sprint login page. Thatâs what it did with me. I am also an Apple user so Iâm not sure if that may make a difference
