Hey there! Walgreens sometimes offers Walgreens Cash only in participating store locations. As I wasn’t able to find it available in the store and I still see it available online that was my best guess. Also, the coupon is available for select users only. Hope that explains it!
I got 5 dollars off at Walgreens because I didn’t have a $10 coupon. Ibotta isn’t accepting the purchase. I’ve checked to be sure it is the same product. The clamshell packaging vs. the box are the same, it appears to Ibotta.

I could not find a link to their customer service, through the help button, as I was directed on their site. I just submitted the pics of the digital receipt, as the directions said, to the site, under a technical issue & hope it gets directed to the correct person. Any ideas?

Hi Jane, sorry your account doesn’t have the $10/1 digital. Sometimes coupons can vary by account. I had a difficult time locating this coupon. If you go to https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/gillette-labs-exfoliating-razor/ID=300421791-product and sign in to your account, then look under the product price there will be a list of all the coupons available for that product.
