Don’t forget to call to cancel the subscription before they charge your account, also if you plan to use this for work or any physical activity be aware they burn if sweat gets in your eyes. I’ve never had this happen with my other brand of contacts but they aren’t 1 a day. Just FYI.

This is a great company and the box was free. Tip: Use a prepaid card (you buy at store) and just load the minimum, like 20 bucks on it, use it to pay for your order and then use the remainder of the money shopping or whatever. You won’t even need to cancel, because the card will be declined when they try to charge it the following month.
This is a little dishonest, but it’s a way to get free daily contacts. Change your address and email, and you can keep on getting free ‘trial’ contacts, over and over and over again! Daily contacts for $12 a year 🙂 can’t beat that (although they would not like me telling you this, haha…)
It is also worth noting I uploaded an expired prescription and they still sent me my trial. Very casual company, which I appreciate.

I ordered then called to cancel & it was easy. I have not tried them on I just took advantage of the free boxes since I like having back ups in my car & purse. I thought they were going to try to convince me to keep my subscription but no questions asked.

The contacts we ordered were wrong and they sent out a new order with the same prescription within two weeks of our “free” box before the correction was made of the prescription strength. They refused to give us a refund for them nor exchange them. Once they are shipped out they arent gonna exchange or refund it no matter what

This company is predatory; check out their instagram to get an idea of complaints; I really wish this site would stop featuring them, us their contacts have caused serious medtcal issues due to their subpar manufacturing. Always practice due diligence with any type of medical device.

Unless they’ve changed their policy, you cannot cancel via their website, unless you live in CA. This is a predatory company and one way they steal from you is making you have to call to cancel, but never answering. Fortunately I paid with Paypal and was refunded; the Paypal rep even mentioned the plethora of complsints against them. Look forward to the class action.
