BQQ ribs is my favorite cookout food đ with guasacaca that is a venezuelan sauce đ»đȘ
The sauce itself is a mixture of onion, cilantro, green pepper, salt, garlic, jalapeño, avocado, a little bit of olive oil, vinegar and a splash of water. It all gets placed in a blender and pureed.
The ingredients are
3 Cloves of fresh Garlic
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Cilantro
œ Jalapeno
ΠWhite Onion
œ Avocado
2 Pinches Coarse Salt
1 Ounce White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Water
Heyy girl! Iâm Hispanic so we always have a carne asada that includes steak chicken and shrimp! With rice beans like three types of salsas haha and homemade tortillas!
