My favorite cookout food is grilled chicken! The best part about it, is the seasoning! You can change it up so many different ways & meet whatever chicken craving you’re having! I love grilling out all year long, even in the winter!

What fish is your favorite to grill? Most fall apart but SMOKED SALMON EVO oil spray adding in orange bark chips slashes of lemon pepper and Thyme gives the outside a slight crisp and inside smoked perfectly keeping it from drying out inside (can eat as is, mix in a pasta dish or put on an onion bun adding a touch of arugula and tomato. Add either a touch of grey pupon (sp?) or a hagndas (sp?) sauce – bon apatite
