Ooo… this is a tough one!! I’d have to say my favorite cookout food is probably bbq ribs and Mexican street corn!! YUM! 😋
Pudding pie
1pk instant choc pudding
1pk pistachio pudding
3c heavy whipping cream
1 small container of cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
Mix choc pudding with 1 1/2c of whipping cream in mixer until blended. Will be thick.
Add 1/2 cool whip and mix on low. Add to pie crust.
Separately mix pistachio pudding and 1 1/2c of whipping cream until blended then add the rest of the cool whip on low till blended. Put on top of the chocolate filling. You can add more cool whop on top of that. I do. Then refrigerate for 4 hours.
This sounds delicious! I’m going to try this! 🥰
