My favorite cookout recipe is chicken crack.
1 pound chicken
one cup of water
one 8oz block of cream cheese half
a pound of bacon
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
two packets of dry ranch.
Cook the chicken with your favorite seasonings. Then shred the chicken. Cook Your bacon and it all in a casserole dish stirred up really good heat up in the oven and serve with tortilla chips once your cheese is melted
Slow cooked chicken chimichangas
Smoked Apple Pie on the green egg

Elote! Grill corn on the cob, roll in mayonnaise, sprinkle with a tart crumbled cheese of your choice (we use Parmesan due to ease of access). Add hot sauce if you please!
