Gardein black bean burgers with Hawaiian rolls.
Plant based meatballs with Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce & brown sugar
Vegetarian baked beans with bell peppers, onions and Impossible Burger meat.
Broccoli salad (1 crown of broccoli & cauliflower, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp seeded mustard, EVOO with handful pine nuts and cranberries) & vegan hot dogs (boiled carrots wrapped in rice paper and grilled with liquid smoke).

Marinated boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders. One pack of cx breasts, rinse, pound cx breasts to about 1/4 in thick,put in heavy duty ziplock bag and cover with a zesty Italian dressing or Ken’s Italian dressing. I usually marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook on grill until done (no pink inside internal temp of 165 degrees. Usually 5-10 min on each side on a well heated grill(around 350 degrees). Always delicious and a favorite!
