Favorite cookout food is Carne Asada. Skirt steak that had been marinated. Always a hit!
My favorite cookout food is macaroni salad.
my family and I love to grill Hmong sausages on the grill and dip it in with spicy Thai chilly sauces and with a side of sticky rice. best combo when made at home during a bbq.
My favorite cookout/potluck recipe to bring is a cold penne pasta salad. Recipe:
•Penne, cook, drain, cool in a party sized bowl.
• cut multicolored cherry tomatoes in half. Add to bowl
•Kalimata olives. Add to your taste preferences or leave out.
•crumbled feta cheese
•*optional* chicken breast shredded. I like to buy the roasted chicken from the store and shred that into it. It’s easier and you get to snack on the chicken legs. 😁🍗
•some kind of Greek vinegarette salad dressing.
• salt & pepper to taste.
Mix that all in and let it chill for a few hours.
Viola!

Mine is definitely tri-tip along with sides of Mexican rice, potato salad, chili beans and French bread! 😋 And of course I have to have jalapeño poppers and Linguiça for appetizers While the tri tip is cooking 🙊
I love BBQ hotdogs!! making potato salad and deviled eggs and all the desserts everyone makes an brings!!
