Sweet corn on the cob roasted in open fire (in burlap w/ husk) with herb butter. Sooooo good!

BBQ foods, mash potatoes, fish, & something sweetđ
Pinchos or chicken skewers. Salt pepper garlic paprika sofrito(can buy frozen) bay leaves, few tbs favorite bbq sauce, few dashes of balsamic vin & veg oil. Marinate chicken for at least an hour cook in oven or place on skewers and bbq.
Grilled fajitas with sausage and quesadillas with rice beans as sides
