Is this 35% coupons u have to had a JCPenney credit card to get the 35% off. I see 2 coupons for 35% off. 1 say 35% with JCPenney credit card and the other 35% apply code YAYHOME. The cashier at JCPenney say it only apply if I had a JCPenney credit card. She wouldn’t give me the 35% off.
