Ok so thought I would share.
It’s difficult to get to link. Jasmine provided direction on the promo company name, which allowed me to finally reach this UK company website and also chat with them.
Also, I was able to get the deal for $25.99 plus they were kind enough to provide an additional promo code. Once you’re in their website, you’re able to click “chat”, which takes you to messenger and they are pretty responsive.

Exactly my first thought when I got to the website. It’s definitely NOT Microsoft, and it’s not a very Microsoftish thing to do i.e. give your license keys to a 3rd party “partner”. It’s just not in their DNA. And a commenter found an even lower than this rock bottom price.

so it says for one machine. does that mean u can login to ur Microsoft account on a different computer and still have access? On the product that my bf pays for he has 5 accounts he can share his subscription with. he thought that meant 5 different computers. but I showed him that meant his login plus 5 other accounts. Which he uses his login info to login on all his devices. I added myself to his family. So that makes 2. I told him he’s wasting his money if he’s the only person using it.
Hi Eimee! You’ve got it right. With Microsoft Office, it’s a one-computer deal at a time, even if it’s a lifetime license. If you attempt to install it on a second computer, you’ll run into an “already in use” error.
You can log in with your Microsoft account on a different computer and access Microsoft Office if it’s a lifetime license. Just remember, it’s a one-computer-at-a-time setup. If you decide to switch to another computer, you’ll need to uninstall it from the first. I hope this clarifies things for you!
