Hi Ben! I recommend clipping your digital coupons at home before heading out to the store so they have time to process to your account. Once in store make sure to enter your phone number at check out to get sales and so that your digital coupons will come off. If they are not showing up on their end they can’t really do anything since it’s the computer/system being weird. You would have to call customer service so they can get down to the bottom of the issue. Hope this helps!
Make if the coupon requires you buy or 3 of the item that you must purchase the exact same flavor, scent, etc. Otherwise it will not work. I have had better success after doing that. The biggest problem I have is the oral care items such as toothpaste, or toothbrushes. Those have more difficulty.
