Through today, September 8th, everyone who placed an order between July 17th, 2020 to February 16th, 2022 through the Panda Express website or mobile application, and a service fee was charged with the delivery order is eligible for a class action settlement from Panda Express. The settlement value can either be two vouchers for Panda Express or a cash settlement depending on what you choose.
Please note that this is for individuals in the United States, and even though proof of purchase is not required, you will need to enter your details that would help verify your delivery.
