Please note that the limit is one per account and that the purchase must be completed with a QR code.
The great news is that PayPal and Venmo are now accepted in-person at participating Panda Express restaurants. This way is safe for paying as you’re only touching your phone and all your personal information is securely hidden during the transaction. You can choose how you want to pay, using your balance, debit or credit card, or even PayPal credit.
