digital has no disc tray so if you plan on using discs to play your games and not buying them in the playstation store buy the disc version
Which one is better to purchase the PS5 console PS5 Digital? What is the difference?
Ps5 Disc vs Ps5 Digital. Basically the only difference between the two is that one has the slot where you can insert discs for games and the other doesn’t. Disc is $499. Digital is $399. I guess neither one is better than the other its just about preference & from what i’ve seen, the digital seems to sell out faster than disc versions.
The difference is the one in the white box uses The game CDs and the one in the black box the digital is just what it is digital meaning that you wont be able to use the cds but you can go to the PlayStation store and purchase to download
the game.

If you like 4k movies and own discs I would choose disc in my opinion. Make sure to upgrade the hard drive with at least a 1 tb preferably larger. Best buy carries the western digital drive that has top reviews. Google best drive upgrades for more info. Easy install, will not void warranty as stated by Sony.
