Hi Ann! Yes, they work like dry erase board. However, you can save your notes to cloud services like Google drive, Dropbox, Evernote, box, OneNote, Slack, iCloud, email and more. All you have to do is to install free Rocketbook application for iOS or Android. Hope that helps!
