My kids definitely need thos
Not sure if anyone would know the answer to this, but the week of Black Friday, I got a deal on a 50″ onn Roku TV for $148. I had until 8 pm Nov 27th to pick it up. That morning, I got an email saying they canceled my order because I hadn’t picked it up. Still wanting the deal, I ordered it again (and would deal with them canceling the first order later), for it to be ready at noon. At 11:45 am, I got a text saying there was an error, that the item wasn’t available, and so they canceled my order yet again âšď¸ The day after, my son got really sick (like sepsis sick) and I couldn’t follow up on the TV between that and my crazy work schedule (I work at a pack and ship mail place). They still don’t have that same TV in stock/ do you think they’d honor that price with a comparable TV? Who would I even go to about it?

If they canceled your order and refunded your item, I don’t think they’ll honor the same price as they don’t offer price matching to Black Friday prices. However, I do suggest reaching out to their Customer Support, they may be able to help you out and answer any questions you may have. Hope this helps!
Okay, thanks for the reply! My son is still healing from a severe case of hand foot and mouth, but now has Covid đ Trying to find a TV again because he’s going stir crazy being confined to his room.
