Shutterfly agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that customers who bought products in their website from an advertised reference price and did not receive a refund or credit for their purchase. The class period includes purchases made from April 1, 2018 to August 25, 2023.
To submit your claim, go here and fill out the form. No proof of purchase is required to benefit from the settlement and eligible customers may receive a voucher of up to $25.
