Hi! I got this deal online , paid the $60 for gold and added the coupon code (saw the 0.01 discount).
After enroll I got the info on website that the $45 gift card will arrive at my address in about 2-3weeks.
So, I went to the store with the membership purchase receipt and was told to go to customer service to issue my membership card, then the guy issuing my card offered me a $20 gift card to upgrade from from to executive IN ADDITION to the $45 gift card I already got. So, I ended up paying $120 but I got a $45 gift card for the gold membership and another $20 for upgrade to executive plan.
