I’m a K/1 teacher. All time favorite memory is when I tell my students to “kiss your brain” when they have been struggling and finally get it. The smile on their face is priceless!
i am a special needs middle school teacher and i LOVE the lightbulb moment where they FINALLY understand the concept.
I am a substitute teacher currently pursuing my education career to become a full time teacher. I love to teach because it’s a career that allows you to be part of something much bigger, not only do you help others learn how to read write and count (and much more) but you take part in shaping the world for a better future. It’s a selfless career that requires a lot of love, patience, creativity, passion, and devotion. My favorite memories have been when a child who struggles with a certain subject is able to understand something new it’s hard to explain but it’s like you see a little switch go off, and that is very rewarding!
This is so kind! I love teaching because I love making an impact on my students! I love creating a safe space where they feel loved. One of my favorite memories is when I was teaching second grade I heard one student tell another that they couldn’t dress up for Halloween because they couldn’t afford a costume. I then decided to make costumes for my entire class. It was a huge surprise, and an even bigger success. The smile on their faces is something I’ll never forget.
I am able to pull small groups and help children with the basic that they might have lost along the way or never understood. My 4th and 5th graders are amazing I love teaching because of these kids getting their light bulb moment. That is when everything we are learning finally clicks together and they understand. It’s so great to see their smile on their face when they are proud of themselves!
Well today would not be the day for me to say why I love teaching! I have 22 kinders 7 speak only their native language. 10 more are more proficient in their native language. Today, even with all the behavior issues I am dealing with in my classroom (COVID babies) hearing my littles feel safe to try out their English in my class makes my heart soar. I hope they continue to feel safe next school year and continue to add to their vocabulary!
i love teaching because is one of the most selfless careers I have ever done. I enjoy my hour commute to one of the roughest parts of Miami overtown little Haiti. Nothing more exciting and thrilling than to teach theatre to middle schoolers who don’t have the resources for voice lessons or acting coaches. I have gotten students in the top magnet Schools in miami dade county and that brings me joy. I tell people all the time my kids have natural talent, I take that talent to the next level and that bring me joy no I haven’t won the lottery or I’m not rich but when I have students eager to read the next scene in Romeo and juliet I know I’m doing something right.

I am a teacher who loves teaching my own kiddos and seeing them thrive. My favorite part is when something we have worked on in a textbooks “clicks” in an everyday experience in life and they get why we learn.
I am a full time teacher and full time new mom! My students are my whole world but so is my son, it has been so hard to be away from them on maternity leave but my favorite memories from this time away has been the email updates and weekly zoom calls with the kiddos! It definitely makes being away from them and the transition through the end of the school year easier ♥️
