My name is Rachael, Posting on my husbands account, I have been working as a teacher for children with special needs (resource room) for the last 4 years and it has been so fun! One of my favorite memories is when I was trying to help a student with the letter âMâ and the picture associated with it was a mouse but the student kept saying âmmmmRatâ đ
I favorite memory was when a student got the âahaâ moment and the lesson clicked. I teach k-8 computer science, itâs so much fun to see them create and make mistakes and try again and again. The only way to succeed is to keep trying after a mistake.
It’s my teachers birthday today
Teaching is my passion, and a huge responsibility. It is also rewarding when the students come to you and say thank you for inspiring them to follow their dreams.
I have been working with special needs 3 years and I can say I love them so much, thereâs no day where I canât go home with out a smile, I remember at the beginning of this year I was introducing my self to everyone and one of my 4th grader ask me if I knew how to bild a to a toaster and then presided to explain with great detail how to do so
I teach kindergarten autistic students, this will be my 10th year! To watch there progress throughout the year is the BEST part of my job!
i am a long term teachers aid and I work with Pre-K in an elementary school. I absolutely love seeing my students face light up when they learn something new and being so excited that they learned it. I love their laughs and their smiles and it warms my heart. I love to draw with them as well and kind of bond with them.
I â€ïž knowing there are so many homeschool teachers on here! I love teaching my kids!! They are my world and I decided almost 11 years ago to give up my career and be a full time mommy. I am extroverted, so being home has been hard, especially during the fiasco. During this time, I appreciated educating my kids even more. My kids thrived and learned so much during this time and I could not be more proud. My husband also gave up his hospital job to be a teacher for our kids too! My heart is so happy being a teacher and I wish all parents could be their kidsâ teacher, even if just for a day. đ„°
I am just about to complete my 9th year of Art Education. I have been blessed to teach art fresh out of college to high students. Guiding young minds to develop confidence and grow as an independent person has been the most rewarding part of my job. It is not always about the subject, but building relationships and connections which give confidence to kids who need it in this hard life. Iâve taught kinder-12 for two years in a rural district and itâs been amazing to witness all forms of development in all ages. Every career is challenging, especially education but it is a remarkable journey.
Students are the future! I worked in corporate for a long time and never felt my work was impactful. I wanted to see real change in the world. I did a career change to education and have loved every second! When a student feels safe, loved and comfortable they can achieve so much. I have future doctors, lawyers, engineers and scientists in my class. Each student requires a unique experience and we aim to do that every day. I work with students and staff to make sure they have all the tools to make them successful. It’s a wonderful feeling going home knowing we’re impacting our future!
