I am an elementary substitute teacher and I love it. I like teaching kids that are in elementary school because they are so eager to learn. They have such wonderful questions and I feel like I am helping them in the best way possible. My favorite part is when my students show that they understood what I taught. It is a challenging job, but one that holds a lot of rewards. A couple of years ago, I was like I would never become a teacher, but now it’s my joy!! 🤗🥰
Okay no problem that would be fine ☺️
Thank you so much!
I love teaching middle school because it’s always keeps me on my toes. Helping students academically and social emotional learning has also brought me joy. My little one will soon be in preschool and I love it when she tells people my moms a teacher and she wants others to hear her do her alphabet.
My daughter is the teacher actually. She went into teaching because of the loss of her little sister who was 6 at the time. She has been teaching for 4years now but is about to take some time away from teaching because of the limitations that she has to help kids the way she had expected. She was featured in the District News Letter for all the efforts she has made with 6 yr olds (1st graders) that have extra needs and often have parents that refuse to recognize autism diagnoses and many other issues affecting the ability of children to learn in traditional ways. She has one student that thinks he is a cat and only speaks in “Meow” nothing else and one little girl that eats papers and other school supplies when she is not busy licking, biting and kicking everyone around her including my daughter only to have the mother try to insist on a private meeting with my daughter 2x a week for her explain why her daughter is told that she can’t do certain things in class. I would like this for her as a small incentive to Not Give Up on teaching even if she does need. break. She is really gifted in working with these extra needy kids and children are better for her dream!
I love teaching special education because of the relationship that are built with my students. When they are will me I am their advocate and cheerleader to see them grow and show the world they life is much more than a label. My favorite moment is seeing how happy the kids are to see me everyday like they haven’t seen me in weeks.
So exciting! Being a teacher is the most rewarding job knowing you’re making a difference in little lives! I’m a preschool teacher but have worked with all ages through being a cooking instructor in the side. I wish I could pick a single group or child that’s my favor other than my own children of course lol but each group and each child has taught me something new. It’s incredible watching them grow <3
I currently homeschool my 5 year old son. He is big into science. He can name all the human organs and all the planets! We have also started cursive; he’ll be signing autographs in not time 😅
Do you accept substitute teacher??
Hey there! Yes, the giveaway does count for substitutes too, but please keep in mind that if you win, just as everyone else, we’d also like to ask you to submit something proving it. Just so we’re sure that the prize goes to the right hands. Hope that makes sense and good luck in the giveaway!
