This offer did not pan out for me. I signed up for the subscription and 3 succulent sale on Jan 6th and paid immediately during sign up. It’s now Jan 19th and my 3 succulents have not been shipped. Had to reach out to the company to ask a week ago when they would be shipped – I was told this week. Haven’t seen proof of this with any update or tracking number. It’s odd that no human had reached out to me prior to my email to offer any update, apology for delayed shipment, or anything else to ease my concerns. I have since cancelled my subscription and order, I’m awaiting my refund, and cannot recommend them going forward.

Hi there Helen! Thanks for the reply. I’d like to think I’ve been patient enough to at least warrant a response from them by now without having to ask a second time why my 3 succulents have not been shipped by a company with a succulent subscription service.
We are a plant family and enjoy buying from our favorite indie plant shops across the US who have no issue with customer interaction when orders are delayed and who appreciate our money, whether $5 or $500 spent. 😉
This experience, however, doesn’t sit well so I’m cutting losses sooner than later unfortunately.
Just an update – the company refunded my payment today after reaching out to cancel my order and subscription yesterday. No explanation was given on why the succulents never shipped, though I can appreciate the quick refund process.

try to let them dry out and then water a little best with a spray bottle I water mine maybe once a week if needed and I have them all in front of a window at night time I have plant lights over them
