I started a goal last month to make healthier food choices to get rid of my chronic pain and it’s fine wonders! I’ve lost 10+lbs and I have more energy and far less discomfort. That 10lb loss made such a difference… I sleep better, no more heartburn, no more achy joints. I can’t wait to see what another 10-20 lb loss will do for me!

My goal is, to be happy. I work at this every day for what has now seemed like an eternity. I am cursed because no matter what I do or how hard I try everything bad always happens to me. this is not a sob story just a sad truth of a exhausted woman who’s ready to give up. even as I write this my car is on the side of the road and won’t start and I don’t have the money to have it towed. the notification for this giveaway popped up and I figured what the heck
My goals for this year 2/22/2022, it to loose weight and love my self. I’m not happy with my self so I want to build up my self esteem and better myself in all ways. I want to do more nice things for people, especially the elderly. I feel like people sometimes miss treat and take advantage of elderly people and it upsets me. I am single and love my ex boyfriend. We have been seeing each other off and on for 13 years and I need to make a decision whether I want to move forward with a relationship again. I feel in my heart he is the one but I don’t know if I want to get married again. I don’t want to loose him because he is an awesome guy so I just need reassurance in some way to make my decision soon. This is the year that I think something good will happen because it’s the year 2022 and my favorite number 22 so this may bring me good luck. ❤️
My goal this year is to keep on trying to heal myself so i can be successful in things that i want & proceed to being helpful around my family so i can help them in any way possible , thank you tina for all your hardwork i really appreciate you !!
To learn to love myself and accept what I see in my flaws. I’ve have zero self esteem as I lost it all with my last relationship.
I follow a support group to help build me back if it wasn’t for them And friends there is no telling where I’d be at. Daily I complement myself, I try to do things for me even with my two little girls. I wanna be me again and by the end of this year I’ll be back!
My goal this year is to finish my classes to become a RN. I went from being a part time student to full time.
My number one goal for this year was to stop being a victim. To stop thinking like and living like a victim and to become a SURVIVOR! I work every minute of every day to try and change my mindset from victim to survivor. It’s hard work but so far I’m undefeated in every obstacle life has thrown at me and I’m not giving up on this either… I refuse to give up on me!
