My goal this year is to start eating healthy again. I fell off last year so Iâm trying to work on this. Iâve been watching more videos on cooking healthy meals and Iâm trying to cook at home. Another goal this year is being a better mom by being more present with my son. Iâm trying to fit more time with him when we are playing even though I went back to work. My goal this year is to do more therapy session with my Therapist in person and get out more because I struggle daily because my daughter passed away she was my only child
My goal for the year is to find me again. I havenât been able to truly focus on that daily because I am pregnant with my third (10 weeks left!!) but I do think about it often!
