Shipping is free on orders over $35. But if you sign up for Diamond Membership, your shipping will be free on orders over $25!

In case you want to return a product for whatever reason, you can do so within 60 days of the original purchase, which is plenty of time! Of course, returns must be accompanied by all original components. And if you lost your receipt, they will still be able to track your purchase via your Ultamate Rewards Member ID, ulta.com account, email order confirmation, or online order packing slip. Without a receipt, ULTA will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
