Hello there! You’re right, it seems to not be working on panties. My apologies for the confusion. Their code policy does say it doesn’t work on sale items. But I’m assuming it’s arbitrary because it does work on some, and not on others. I’ll update the post now to include this. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention!
