Hey. I don’t receive every free sample that I sign up for, but the more forms I fill out the more samples I receive. I have a separate email account that is just for sample offers. Hope that helps. 🙂
I don’t see any “form” to fill out…..do you mean the SPEAK YOUR MIND name/email section?? Other than that, there is no form.
