I too, Have NOT received my RR when picking up an online order. I was told by the cashier that you don’t get RR’s when you order online. ????? So I have been placing online orders for Walgreen’s cash and then going in the store to get the RR items. Dang. 🙁

I went in yesterday and bought 2 colgate toothbrushes for $3.50 each but didn’t get a register reward. Did I do something wrong?
Hello there! You should get the RRs cause these are advertised in Wags weekly ad. But I heard some people have troubles with RRs. Next time make sure to speak with a store manager. They can’t force print RRs for you but they usually issue Wags Cash that goes to your account. Hope that helps!

I’m confused about Walgreens Cash rewards.. Can I use the reward I earned in the same transaction? Or do I have to use it next time?
Hey Javi! On quantity-purchase promos (like Buy 2, Get $4 Walgreens Cash), you can redeem and earn Walgreens Cash in the same transaction. While on threshold-purchase promotions (like Spend $30, Get $10 Walgreens Cash), you cannot redeem and earn Walgreens cash in the same transaction since using Walgreens Cash here would reduce the dollar threshold level. when you do the order for pickup, when they ring in that your picking up, the register prints the receipt. In my experience, the rr prints also, but I find that they don’t pay attention to that machine, so I have to ask.

Hi Melody! RR print at the store when you order online and cashiers just put them in your bag along with the products. But I’ve heard some people don’t get the RR when they order online. I suggest you talk to the manager and ask for the RR. Managers can’t force print RRs, so they usually issue Walgreens Cash that goes to your account. Hope that helps!
Reading this thread of comments has really frustrated me with Walgreens! I truly believed (until right this minute) that if you wanted the register rewards, you needed to shop in-store. If you wanted the added 10-20% off promos (using their codes), you needed to order online. Not once…. Ever… have I gotten the register rewards when ordering for pick up! Uuuugh!! More than a full year of weekly/bi-weekly online orders and never once (including 3 separate locations in town). Frustrated in Wisconsin. Lol
