Tzumi Innovations, the company behind Wipe Out! products, has agreed to a $2 million settlement in a nationwide class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged that Tzumi used false marketing to deceive consumers into thinking their Wipe Out! products were safe and EPA-approved.
No proof of purchase is needed to benefit from the settlement. If you purchased Wipe Out! products in the US on or before April 19, 2023, you’re eligible. You can claim up to $15 per product with proof of purchase, or up to $6 without proof. The deadline to submit a claim form is July 18, 2023. Make sure to submit your claim here.
