Thank you. I called their customer service and told them about what I was dealing with. She told me that sometimes the code takes 24 to 48 hours to show up in email. So she recommended me to just purchase the crocs and then call them back for a refund of the shipping fee. I hope this helps anyone else who is dealing with the free shipping code problem.
