Are you an AMC registered user between January 18, 2021, and January 10, 2024? If you are, you may have an award coming your way. AMC Networks, which operates streaming services such as AMC+, Acorn TV, AllBlk, and Sundance Now has agreed to an $8.3 million settlement after allegedly violating subscribers’ data privacy rights on its streaming services. The lawsuit claims that AMC violated the Video Privacy Protection Act by disclosing its subscribers’ personally identifiable information to third parties without consent.
Each eligible user may be entitled to a cash payment, as well as a one-week digital subscription to AMC+.

Do you Qualify for the Settlement?
If you are a United States citizen and you were a registered customer of AMC Services, and streamed AMC+ or any of its other video networks, between January 18, 2021, and January 10, 2024, you are eligible to receive your payment!
If you think you are qualified, check your inbox or mailbox for either a mailed letter or an email from this sender donotreply@amcvppasettlement.com. This letter will include your Notice ID as well as the confirmation code which you can use to submit your claim before April 9th, 2024!

How to Get Your Settlement
To qualify for payment, eligible customers must file a claim online by April 9th, 2024. Simply click here, fill out the form, and follow the prompts.
Most have probably gotten an email, but if you haven’t received one, you can submit a claim directly on the settlement website, or download the claim form and mail it to the following address.
