I tried this with TCB for the Owalla water bottle. I did everything correct and I saw the money pending but after that I havenât been able to get into my account even after resetting my password multiple times. You either have to login to contact support or their page doesnât work if youâre going through their regular form. Iâm lost and I donât want to lose the money I spent to get it backđŤ
Hi Olivia! Transactions may take up to 7 days to appear in your TopCashback account, so you are good. Could be it will be in your account today or tomorrow. Regarding the pass, are you entering your user name correctly? If so, could be it’s something with your current browser.
