Attention to Stanley owners! The Stanley company has issued a recall for 2.6 million Switchback and Trigger Action travel mugs! They warn that heat exposure can cause the lids to shrink and detach, leading to a heightened risk of burns.
The recall applies to double-walled Switchback and Trigger Action travel mugs sold in multiple colors such as black, white, and green, available in 12 oz, 16 oz, and 20 oz sizes, and feature a polypropylene lid with the Stanley logo on both the front and bottom. The bottom also includes product identification numbers that are listed below:
- Switchback: 12 oz – 20-01437; 16 oz – 20-01436, 20-02211;
- Trigger Action: 12 oz – 20-02033, 20-02779, 20-02825; 16 oz – 20-02030, 20-02745, 20-02957; 20 oz – 20-02034, 20-02746.
