Apple has agreed to a $35 Million Apple iPhone Audio Class Action Settlement to resolve claims on audio issues of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The audio issues included in the settlement are sound-speaker, sound-microphone, sound – receiver, unexpected restart/shutdown, and power on – device unresponsive. You can get $50 to $349 if you paid Apple out-of-pocket for repairs or replacements for covered issues while up to $125 if did not pay for repairs or replacements.
Who is eligible for this settlement?
Anyone who owned an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus between September 16, 2016 and January 3, 2023 and have contacted Apple regarding covered audio issues can be eligible for the iPhone Audio Class Action Settlement. Also, even if you have paid or not Apple for repairs or replacements for covered issues, you can still be eligible for the settlement.
A proof showing you contacted Apple regarding a covered audio issue or paying for repairs or replacements must be provided. If you do not have a proof to show but believe you are part of this settlement, you can contact the Class Action administrator at (833) 633-0343, or by mail to Tabak v.
