Reading from Griffith, IN!!! Always staying organized with calendars and lists!!!
Hi my name is Joy Hunter and I am from Las Vegas, Nevada. To help with a busy schedule I use a planner and a daily to do list. Good luck everyone.
I make/ print a monthly calendar with everyone’s schedule and put it on the fridge (old school style) to keep organized. I’m at work right now, but I’m from Chicago!
Emilie from West Plains, Missouri; I always tell my students “think like Darth Vader when you’re stressed; he stands tall, he’s intentional in his actions, and he takes lots of deep breaths.” Haha! It’s always worked for me!
Reading from North Carolina. I have a system for keeping up with a crazy schedule. I have a notebook and planner for each important category: homeschool, appointments, household, etc as well as a phone alarm, calendar alert and reminder notifications. And when it’s really important I have a dry erase board on the fridge to write it out in huge, bright letters.
I use alarms and Alexa to the max.
Greetings from Fayetteville, Ga.
To manage a busy schedule prioritize.
Hey, it’s your reader Aroura from Reisterstown, Maryland!!!
1st you have to be honest with yourself!!
For me that means I set calendar reminders with two alarms on it, I set at least two phone alarms for 5 & 10 mins before the time I set the alarm for the real time I need to get up or get ready for something because I know I’ll hit the off button on at least one or both of the pre-alarms so by time the real alarms sounds I’ll be ready to get up or start getting ready. I then set alarms for 30, 15, and 5 mins before I have to leave out the door which is also at least 10-15 mins before I actually need to leave out so the 30 min tells me I need to hurry up, the 15 tells me I’m running out of time and the 5 tells me to grab what I can because I’m already out of time and need to leave out the door so I can get to where I need to be early since I’ve already mapped out how long it takes to get there, added time for possible traffic, and added an extra 15 mins to ensure an early arrival. So it’s all about knowing yourself, being honest with said self, and planning in reality’s timing and not my Fantasy timing lol
heyy im from new orleans, louisiana! a tip to manage a busy schedule is to 1. don’t overthink ! breathe and be calm & 2. organize / strategize . plan everything accordingly & figure out things as you go!
I add reminders on my phone to help keep my appointments and use a timer to limit certain tasks that I may get too caught up in. Honolulu, HI 🎯🌺⏲️
