Ivan B from simi valley , CA. What I do to maintain a busy schedule is to set priorities and thoroughly manage my day to day schedule. It all starts with the night before, by getting a goodnight sleep. Waking up at 4am every morning and starting off with a nice morning run. Keep physically and mentally sharp. I will write down my weekly schedule of appointments, events and activities on my whiteboard as I check it daily and update it daily. I will also combine my physical calendar with my phone calendar. Never forget to make time for yourself around business and work! Always end the day with being grateful for what you have and how to improve yourself. Sit down or go on a night walk to clear your mind and prepare yourself for the next day.
Hi I am from Georgia, Alpharetta.
Being to USA for the first time, things were so difficult but your page has helped me so much to earn freebies specially on my birthday which was in June.
I started following you since past 6months.
I just go with the flow as I have two beautiful daughters, making sure they are been provided with their needs.
Kristen from Camden, SC. My main thing for a busy schedule is writing it all down somewhere. I’m bound to forget things so if I write it down I know that it’ll get done. I also like to set timers for the expected amount of time that make sure that i’m on schedule.
Hi, from Milwaukee, WI! When I’m managing a busy schedule I like to tell siri to put reminders in my phone. I find it so helpful that you’re able to just tell someone to set a reminder for you at a a certain date and time and then it’s just in your phone!
Adilene from South Carolina, First i always assign daily chores so that i dont have to do everything at once. Laundry Fridays, bathrooms Saturdays, Floors Sundays etc.
Second tip is to meditate 15 minutes a day I suggest end of the day, it really helps me ground and unwind before bedtime.
I manage my busy schedule with To-Do apps!!! I love checking off a box and knowing I got something done. I’m also very forgetful so those apps help a ton. I am writing from slc, ut!! (:
Hey! I’m erica from Gary, IN. I manage my schedule by planning everything out the best I can. I have everyone under a different color in the calendar that way I can have visual cues of who I’m taking care of and where I got to be at what time 🙂
Wow!! How fun is this ..so what I do to manage a busy schedule, but first let me share the hats I wear. I’m a Wife, Mom of two, one young adult and a teenager, serve in Ministry, work full-time, in college full-time (summer break, yay!), and an entrepreneur with a team. I use my datebook and phone calendar for everything. If I don’t write it down or put in my phone, it may not happen. I am grateful for the life/ work balance I have created. It works for me.
