I try to schedule everything a month or more in advanced. I use the calendar on the refrigerator for everyone to add things to. I then add it to the iPhone calendar with reminders. I am from Eau Claire, Wi.
I manage our busy schedules by writing everything down and planning everything and keeping everything organized
The way I manage my busy schedule is by setting up alarms on my phone. If I do not complete the task on that alarm, I reschedule the alarm for an hour more. I am reading from Whitehall ,Pennsylvania. I’ve been following you for years now. Thank you for the freebies.
I am from Auburn, Alabama. The most important thing is always prepare everything from the night before and write down in outlook calender that will give you a notification before it happens. So, the next day you ware waking up with fix prepared scheduled unless it come in the middle of the day.
Hello, Alma from Yakima WA. I manage our family’s busy schedule by syncing our calendars. We even have a shared grocerie list that everyone can contribute to it. Makes shopping for the necessities very easy. Appointments and kids actives are all added on there as well, along with our work schedules and my school calendar. We are busy but we manage. To manage a busy schedule I use a planner. But in all honesty my schedule as a stay at home mom who homeschools one kid is not that busy. We really take it day by day.

My number one tip to handle a busy schedule is a planner! There is something about writing out your schedule for each day that simplifies your workload. When you have a plan, it comes to fruition. I’m writing to you from Houston, Texas!

Everything goes into the calendar on my phone. I love that I can set it to remind me a couple hours before but also a day or week before too. Otherwise I would never be on time for anything. If I ever lose my phone I’m in big trouble 😂
